Splits of the fastest times
Run and station totals for the fastest entry in each division that has split data. Splits are missing for many results, so this entry is not always the fastest time overall. Roxzone is the finish time minus run and station totals.

Methodology and sources
We use public race results in the RoxUpdates dataset: 630,757 finishes at 194 events across Seasons 7 to 9 in six divisions. Each athlete or team appears once with their fastest time, matched by their results slug. Times under 45 minutes or over 4 hours are dropped as errors, and a leader more than 8% faster than the division's fifth-fastest entry is removed as a timing or course error (1 entry in total). Championships and invitationals are included. Run and station totals come from the results where HYROX published splits, and roxzone is the remainder. These are not official records: HYROX verifies and publishes those, and they can differ from our data. The gap calculator compares your time with the fastest time and reads your percentile from the division's 21-point time distribution. RoxUpdates is independent and not affiliated with HYROX. FAQ
HYROX world record FAQ
What is the HYROX world record?
HYROX verifies and publishes the official records. In our results data, the fastest times are 53:27 for Pro Men, 56:14 for Pro Women, 51:17 for Open Men and 55:41 for Open Women. HYROX records can be faster, for instance when set at an event our data does not cover.
What is the women's HYROX world record?
We cannot confirm the official figure here. In our results data, the fastest Pro Women time is 56:14 (Sydney 2026) and the fastest Open Women time is 55:41 (Warsaw 2026). Check HYROX for the verified record in each division.
What is the HYROX doubles world record?
The fastest Doubles time in our results data is 48:23 and the fastest Pro Doubles time is 48:03. Doubles are team entries, with both partners splitting the work, so times are not comparable with individual divisions. Confirm the official record with HYROX.
Why are these not official records?
RoxUpdates is independent and not affiliated with HYROX. We list the fastest times found in public race results, after removing impossible times. An official record needs HYROX verification of the course, equipment and timing, which we cannot check, so we call these the fastest times in our data.
How far is my time from the fastest time?
Enter your time in the calculator above. For reference, the median finisher is 35:16 behind the fastest time in Open Men and 40:02 behind in Open Women, and a top 1% time is 9:09 and 11:57 behind.
Where do the split times come from?
Many results include run and station totals. For each division we show the splits of the fastest entry that has them, which is not always the fastest overall time. Splits cover 31,082 Open Men finishes and 8,648 Pro Men finishes in our data. Roxzone time is the finish time minus run and station totals.
