Open toolHyrox weights table for every division
The table lists the weight for every weighted station in each division, with the wall ball target height. Sled weights include the sled. SkiErg (1,000 m), RowErg (1,000 m), burpee broad jumps (80 m) and the 8 x 1 km runs are identical in every division, so they are not repeated.

Open vs Pro Hyrox weights
Pro weights are one tier heavier than Open on every weighted station. Pro Men move a 202 kg sled push and 153 kg sled pull, carry 2 × 32 kg, lunge with 30 kg and throw a 9 kg ball, while Pro Women use the Open Men weights (152 kg push, 103 kg pull, 2 × 24 kg, 20 kg, 6 kg ball). The wall ball target stays 3.00 m for men and 2.70 m for women in both divisions. Weight is the only difference in how the stations are done.
Hyrox Doubles and Mixed Doubles weights
Doubles uses the weight of the division, not of the partner: Doubles Men carry the Open Men weights, Doubles Women the Open Women weights, and Pro Doubles the Pro weights. In Mixed Doubles both partners use the Men's Open implements at every station, so a woman pushes the 152 kg sled when it is her turn. Only the wall ball target differs, at 3.00 m for the man and 2.70 m for the woman. Partners can split each station however they choose. The full strategy is in the Hyrox doubles and relay guide, and you can plan your splits with the Doubles Split Planner.
Hyrox Relay weights
The Hyrox Relay rulebook lists the same weights as Open Women and Open Men for Women and Men teams. Each of the four team members runs 2 x 1 km and completes two stations. The rulebook does not list a separate set of weights for a Mixed relay team, so the table shows "check rulebook" there instead of an assumed value.
What weights should I train with?
Train with your division's race weight on the sled push, sled pull, carry, lunge and wall ball, and use the table above for the exact number. The station guides explain technique and training progressions for each one: sled push, sled pull, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Women can find the same numbers with extra context in the Hyrox weights for women guide.
How these weights were checked
Every figure matches the official HYROX Singles, Doubles and Relay rulebooks for season 26/27 (read 2026-10-25) and the rulebook-verified station pages on this site. A build-time check compares this table with the station data and logs any mismatch. One value could not be verified and is marked "check rulebook": the weights for a Mixed Relay team. Weights are set by HYROX and can change between seasons, so confirm in the official rulebook before race day.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Hyrox weights for men?
Open Men: sled push 152 kg and sled pull 103 kg (both including the sled), farmers carry 2 × 24 kg, sandbag lunges 20 kg and a 6 kg wall ball thrown to 3.00 m for 100 reps. Pro Men go heavier: sled push 202 kg, sled pull 153 kg, farmers carry 2 × 32 kg, lunges 30 kg and a 9 kg wall ball.
What are the Hyrox weights for women?
Open Women: sled push 102 kg and sled pull 78 kg (including the sled), farmers carry 2 × 16 kg, sandbag lunges 10 kg and a 4 kg wall ball thrown to 2.70 m for 100 reps. Pro Women use 152 kg and 103 kg on the sleds, 2 × 24 kg carries, 20 kg lunges and a 6 kg ball.
How heavy is the Hyrox sled push?
Sled push weight includes the sled: 152 kg for Open Men and Doubles Men, 102 kg for Open Women and Doubles Women, 202 kg for Pro Men and 152 kg for Pro Women (and Open Men). The push is 50 m, run as four 12.5 m lengths.
How heavy is the Hyrox sled pull?
Sled pull weight also includes the sled: 103 kg for Open Men, 78 kg for Open Women, 153 kg for Pro Men and 103 kg for Pro Women. It is 50 m (four 12.5 m lengths) pulled hand over hand on a rope.
What weight is the Hyrox wall ball and how high is the target?
Every division throws 100 wall balls. Open Men use 6 kg to a 3.00 m target, Open Women 4 kg to 2.70 m, Pro Men 9 kg to 3.00 m and Pro Women 6 kg to 2.70 m. Men throw to 3.00 m and women to 2.70 m.
What is the Hyrox farmers carry weight?
The farmers carry is 200 m with two kettlebells: 2 × 24 kg for Open Men, 2 × 16 kg for Open Women, 2 × 32 kg for Pro Men and 2 × 24 kg for Pro Women. The weight listed is per hand.
How heavy are the Hyrox sandbag lunges?
The sandbag is 20 kg for Open Men, 10 kg for Open Women, 30 kg for Pro Men and 20 kg for Pro Women, carried over 100 m of walking lunges.
What is the difference between Hyrox Open and Pro weights?
Pro is one step heavier on every weighted station: sleds, farmers carry, sandbag and wall ball. Pro Men use 202 kg and 153 kg sleds, 2 x 32 kg carries, a 30 kg sandbag and a 9 kg ball. Pro Women use the same weights as Open Men, apart from keeping the lower 2.70 m wall ball target. SkiErg, rowing, burpee broad jumps and the 8 x 1 km runs do not change.
What weights do Hyrox Doubles use?
Doubles Men use the Open Men weights, Doubles Women the Open Women weights, and Pro Doubles Men and Women the Pro Men and Pro Women weights. Only the sleds, carry, sandbag and wall ball are weighted, and partners split the distance or reps between them however they like. Plan the split with the Doubles Split Planner.
What weights do Mixed Doubles use?
Mixed Doubles use the Men's Open weight for both partners at every station: a 152 kg sled push, 103 kg sled pull, 2 x 24 kg farmers carry, 20 kg sandbag and 6 kg wall ball, regardless of who is working. The only difference by gender is the wall ball target: 3.00 m for the man and 2.70 m for the woman.
What weights does the Hyrox Relay use?
The Relay rulebook lists Women and Men weights equal to the Open Women and Open Men weights (102 kg / 152 kg sled push, 4 kg / 6 kg wall ball). It does not state separate weights for a Mixed relay team, so we show "check rulebook" for that team rather than guess.
Do Hyrox weights include the sled?
Yes. The sled push and sled pull weights are total weights including the sled itself, so 152 kg is the whole load. Athletes do not add plates to a 152 kg figure. The 4 x 12.5 m lengths of each sled station are the same in every division.
Do weights change with age group?
No. Weights are set by division (Open, Pro, Doubles, Relay and gender), not by age group. A 55-year-old in Open Men pushes the same sled as a 25-year-old in Open Men, though the two are ranked in different age groups.
