Hyrox Percentile
Calculator

Enter your finish time. See exactly where you rank against 224,008 race results across every division.

Methodology: Percentiles are derived from 224,008 finish times across profiled athletes in the RoxUpdates dataset. Results skew toward active competitors who enter multiple races — casual one-time finishers may be underrepresented. This is not an official Hyrox statistic; treat it as a community benchmark. Age group data uses the same athletes filtered by registered age bracket.

What counts as a good Hyrox time?

"Good" is always relative to your division and age group. The median Open Male finishes in around 1:23; the median Open Female in around 1:31. Pro division athletes are measurably faster — the median Pro Male is roughly 1:18. If you beat the median for your group, you're in the top half. Top 25% requires a real training block. Top 10% is elite-tier.

How the percentile is calculated

We compute five benchmark finish times for each division/gender/age combination: the 10th, 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles. Your finish time is interpolated linearly between the two nearest markers to produce your percentile rank. A lower finish time = faster = higher percentile (i.e., faster than more people).

For example, an Open Male who finishes in 1:23:04 (83.07 minutes — exactly the P50 marker) is faster than 50% of Open Male finishers. An Open Male who finishes in 1:07:54 (~67.9 minutes, P10) is faster than roughly 90%.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a good Hyrox time?

The median Open Male finish is ~1:23 and Open Female ~1:31. Finishing sub-70 minutes (Open Male) or sub-75 (Open Female) puts you near the top 10%. See the full guide for level-by-level breakdowns.

How is my Hyrox percentile calculated?

We linearly interpolate your finish time between five percentile markers (P10–P90) derived from 224,008 recorded race results. Lower time = higher rank = faster than more people.

What percentile is top 10% in Hyrox?

For Open Male: finishing under ~1:08 (68 minutes). For Open Female: under ~1:15 (75 minutes). Pro division thresholds are faster. Use the calculator above with your age group selected for the most accurate target.

Does age group affect Hyrox percentile rankings?

Yes. Benchmarks shift significantly by age bracket. A 1:25 time means something very different in the 25–29 vs 55–59 category. Select your age group for a fair comparison against your actual competitive cohort.
