Every Hyrox race follows the same format worldwide: 8 rounds of 1km running, each followed by a functional workout station. Total distance covered is approximately 13km including station work.
About Hyrox in Sydney
Sydney hosts Hyrox at ICC Sydney, the stunning waterfront convention center at Darling Harbour. Early July is mid-winter in Australia - temperatures around 10-17C. The venue is a short walk from Town Hall station via Darling Quarter.
