Every Hyrox race follows the same format worldwide: 8 rounds of 1km running, each followed by a functional workout station. Total distance covered is approximately 13km including station work.

Acapulco hosts Hyrox at TBC, the Pacific coast resort city in Mexico's Guerrero state. September is still rainy season and very warm - stay hydrated. The city's bay setting makes for a scenic race weekend trip.
