How to Buy Hyrox Tickets: Pricing, Registration, and Tips

Everything about buying Hyrox race entries - pricing by division, early bird deals, and how to avoid sellouts.
Overview
Hyrox events are ticketed races where you buy an entry that assigns you a wave time. Prices vary by division, city, and how early you register. Here's the full breakdown so you know what to expect before committing.
Pricing By Division
Individual Open/Pro: typically $80-130. Doubles (per person): $70-110. Relay (per person): $50-80. Prices vary by city - major cities like London and NYC tend to be at the higher end. Early bird registration saves 10-20% off standard pricing.
Spectator Tickets
Most events charge $15-25 for spectator access, though some are free. Spectators get full access to the venue, can watch from designated areas, and usually have access to the expo/merchandise zone. You don't need a spectator ticket to drop off or pick up athletes at some venues.
Registration Process
Visit hyrox.com, select event, choose division, pick wave time, pay. You'll receive a confirmation email. About 2 weeks before the race, you'll get logistics info (venue access, check-in times, parking). On race day, bring your ID and confirmation to check in.
Bib Number
A Hyrox bib number is the unique race number assigned to each athlete at registration — it's how your time, splits, and division ranking get tracked through the timing chip embedded in the bib. Your bib number is allocated when you complete registration online, but the physical bib is collected at the venue check-in desk — typically at the race expo the day before the event or at the venue from two hours before your wave on race day. The bib itself displays your race number, your name, and a coloured division band so marshals can immediately see which category you're in. If you lose your bib before or during the race, go straight back to the registration desk; replacements are issued on the spot, though you may need to show photo ID. Hyrox does allow name changes on entries — effectively a bib transfer — for a fee, but policies vary by region so check the specific event page before purchasing. Once you finish, your bib number is how you look up your time on results.hyrox.com — see our guide on how to check Hyrox results.
Sellout Tips
Follow @hyrox on social media for registration opening announcements. Set calendar alerts for your target city. Register in the first 48 hours for popular cities. If your preferred wave is full, take any available wave and adjust - all waves race the same course.
Refund Policy
Hyrox entries are typically non-refundable but transferable. You can change the name on your registration (usually for a fee) or defer to a future event in some cases. Transfer policies vary by region. Check the specific terms during checkout before purchasing.
